We were a group of 5 friends having a reunion and the house was absolutely perfect. It was very spacious with a fantastic kitchen/dining /sitting area in which we spent most of our time. The kitchen was very well appointed with top end appliances, china and cutlery. There was virtually everything that one could want there - the only thing that we could not find was a water jug which is pretty minor ! There were effectively 5 bedrooms - 3 double/king 1 single and 1 with a double bed sofa. Everyone found their beds comfortable with excellent quality linens and plenty of great towels. Being a bit picky there were 2 fabulous en suites but the third bathroom was very small with less than perfect water pressure . It had a small bath with an over bath shower attachment but there was no screen or curtain and so it would have been difficult to use. This was not a problem for us as we just used the ensuites but might be more of a problem if you didn't know the other guests very well. There was a cosy second sitting room with a wood burner but we never used it as well as a very large study/office. There would have been plenty of outside space for al fresco eating or BarbQs but the Oct weather did not lend itself to this. There is officially parking for 2 cars but we managed to squeeze in 3 vehicles. It is situated about mid way between Marlow & Henley in a quiet location with a few other houses around. The managing agents were excellent. Highly recommended.
