The host was very responsive and prompt in addressing questions. The property provided adequate space for a huge graduation party and many guest. Onsite parking can accommodate approximately 6 vehicles. Any additional parking is going to be on the street. The kitchen was very spacious and well equipped. Encounters with the host were very pleasant. Would stay again.

The house was close to another of local hangouts and not far from downtown. Chris our host was in communication with me very quick with a response to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again great host.

Great location for sightseeing Downtown Nashville! The house is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back to stay again!

This is a house, not a home. If you need a place to sleep, it's fine. The neighborhood is great. Safe, quiet and close to downtown. There are restaurants in this neighborhood that are better than the tourist traps downtown. Don't overlook them. The house was surface clean. That's it. Comfy beds. Private bathrooms for each bedroom was nice. That's the end of the good. Freezing basement bedroom which we addressed with the management company and they brought a space heater right away. Lots of stairs in this house so if there are any mobility issues, this is not for you. There were a lot of basic maintenance issues in this house that should be addressed that would have made the stay more pleasant. The kitchen is not as well equipped as the listing suggests. It may have been at one time but it isn't now. With some basic improvements, like a couch that seats more than two people, this could be very impressive. It's a basic rental right now. maybe that's how they like it. Not sure.
