Grazioso e luminoso appartamento in affitto a Roma con una camera da letto, sito al secondo piano di un palazzo storico (senza ascensore) a pochi passi dal Vaticano
L’ingresso dell’appartamento si affaccia su un cortile interno, mentre il portone del palazzo si apre su una strada tipica del quartiere, piena di ristoranti, cafè e negozietti.
Il Vaticano si trova a pochissimi metri di distanza, mentre a qualche minuto a piedi si raggiunge il ponte di Castel Sant’Angelo, che porta direttamente al centro storico di Roma, e a due passi si trova Via Cola di Rienzo, una delle strade più commerciali della città.
Metro A - Stazione Ottaviano 800m
L'edificio si trova fuori dalla ZTL, la Zona a Traffico Limitato del centro di Roma.
Le aree Park & Ride di Atac consentono il parcheggio a lunga sosta a tariffa scontata, per raggiungere il Centro Città utilizzando i mezzi pubblici urbani. Ogni area Park & Ride (sia automatizzata che non) è vicina a una stazione della metropolitana o al capolinea degli autobus urbani ed extraurbani.
Strisce blu: La tariffa ordinaria è di € 1,00 all'ora fuori ZTL e € 1,20 all'ora in ZTL. La tariffa scontata, invece, è valida ovunque: € 0,20 per 15 minuti di sosta (sosta breve, per pagamenti effettuati solo dal parchimetro); € 4,00 per 8 ore di sosta continua; € 70,00 per un mese solare.

Adorabile ed accogliente appartamento ideale per una coppia , ma può ospitare anche tre persone. L'appartamento di circa 36 mq offre un ambiente caldo con il classico gusto italiano. L'ingresso, che si affaccia sulla corte interna, immette direttamente nella zona giorno, completa di soggiorno e zona pranzo, cucina openspace, una camera da letto e un bagno.
The living area is furnished with a bed couch and a table with four chairs.
The bedroom, silent and bright and sunny, offers a double bed, a closet and a window overlooking a charming characteristic pedestrians only street, typical of this neighbourhood.
The kitchenette has a refridgeratoer, stove,oven, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, cutlery and crockery for four persons.
The bathroom is fitted with stall shower and the washing machine is located in the batjhroom.
Quanto segue potrebbe essere da pagare extra: Culla, Imposta di soggiorno, Letto extra, Pulizia extra.

An excellent location for visiting Rome and the Vatican, just steps away from St. Peter's Square. It is close to the metro station and bus lines. Situated in a pedestrian area that is bustling with tourist activity in the evenings and at night, featuring outdoor restaurants, gift shops, and artisan stalls.
The apartment matched the description perfectly. It was very comfortable and accessible, located on the third floor of a building that gives you the authentic feeling of being in Rome. It was well-equipped with everything necessary in the kitchen and bathroom; the bed was a bit soft and might need replacing. We stayed for five days, and everything was great.
Any downsides? Yes, we were charged 40 euros for arriving after 8:00 PM; this is specified in the contract, but I don't think it's right—just be prepared for it.
There is no air conditioning; we traveled in March when it was cold, and the place does have heating, but in the summer it gets very hot, and there is only a fan.
Highly recommended place; we really enjoyed our stay, and having a full kitchen allows you to save time and money on meals.

The location was great, very centrally located by the Vatican and you can walk around quickly to most places. You will have several sets of stairs to take up so if you have a lot of luggage like I did (2 adults 1 preteen, coming from the states and doing a 10 day cruise as well as going to Paris afterwards) be prepared to bring those bags up. The host was kind enough to help us bring them up. Everything about the apartment was great and I would have given 5 stars, but there’s no ac. Rome has been excessively hot lately so it was annoying to be hot and sticky only to come back shower and start sweating again. We did find 2 fans in a closet and used those when we were in the apartment, but it was still hot since you’re up on the 3rd floor. We kept the windows open and it helped a little but not much.

My friend and I stayed here for four nights and had a great experience! Location was very good especially if you plan on spending time in Vatican City. As two young women, we felt very safe!

This apartment is located just 2 blocks away from the main entrance to the Vatican! Awesome place to stay. Also it’s close to a subway station and many bus stops around the surrounding area for easy public transport. The neighborhood is also very safe and tourist friendly because it’s so close to the Vatican there’s always police around. There’s also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment its self is on a second floor and is very comfy. Perfect for solo travelers or groups of 2 or 3 people. The property is managed by a management company and they are very friendly and responsive even offered to provide us with transportation to and from the airport (for an additional fee of course). I would def recommend and comeback to it in my next visit to Rome!
