The house is a beautiful newer home, beautifully decorated, very clean, very spacious and enjoyable. The bedrooms were very comfortable with multiple bathrooms accessible for each bedroom including a very nice ensuite bedroom. The open rooms are accommodating, including a large dining and kitchen area; and the back yard and deck are spacious with various seating arrangements and could host a decent daytime / early evening dinner or family gathering. This is a house for a family and or close group of relatives or friends for spacious and semi private setting. The house is in a newer residential community of detached homes which can be active during the day, but is quieter in the evenings and was respected as such. The only disappointment was the absence of a BBQ in the backyard, which is shown in some of the pictures; and since the house is located near the outer edge of the city, cooking more at home would've been nicer to do; (The owner may wish to update some repetitive photos to current state); but overall the house is almost exactly as it appears in the photos when one arrives, and well worth the discovery while walking through the home. Note that there is no basement access, as it is possibly reserved as a space for the owner or a tenant, though no one is ever seemingly present or ever bothersome. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking out a clean, classy comfortable stay for themselves or visiting friends and family. Truly impressed. Thank you.
