The tiny home was nice, but there were too many obstacles to overcome for a 5 star. The house is on the exterior of the trailer park neighborhood, making the 530-7 AM time hard to sleep through as you hear the traffic/ music/ loud motorcycles as there is a stop light adjacent. We were almost run over numerous times by other tenants/ residents. The grounds were in need of a weed eating or mowing and there were ants on the outside furniture. The washing machine combo did not work, the clothes never got dry no matter how many times you ran them and locked shut with our clothes inside. The cabin’s AC system did not cool, the outside air temp was cooler than the inside at night and there is no circulation to the loft sleeping area. There were dirty clothes in the loft area, apparently missed by the cleaners. There were only three bath towels and as the washer dryer didn’t work properly we had to purchase bath towels. The cabin was clean and tidy. The TV worked well and the WiFi and cell service were good. We were close to many attractions and enjoyed the city, but the above issues made it hard to fully enjoy our stay. We hiked every day and not being able to wash our dusty dirty clothes got old quick. The host was quick to respond via chat but the issues presented were not something that could be solved quickly. This was our chance to check out a truly tiny home and we now know we don’t want to buy one.
