מקום נגיש ומרכזי הכל קרוב הדירה הייתה נקייה ומסודרת

The location could not get any better, and the place is even more beautiful and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and also scheduled an earlier check in process. Everything was perfect

The location was fantastic and the apartment is very spacious.

A plunge pool was advertised and a HUGE part of why we booked. It does not exist. There is an algae-coated fish pond without fish that if my dog went in I would immediately give it a bath. The outdoor space was dirty and unusable as a result. We reported the state of the "pool" to management on arrival and they said they would send someone the next day. 3 days later on our last day they called, saying they would arrive in an hour and didn't show up until 3 hours later, so we wasted half a day. They only skimmed the top of the water, so it was still full of slime and remained unusable. Management promised a 10% refund on the cost of the night's we stayed before it was "fixed" but this hasn't eventuated yet. If it happens I would revise the value for money rating. Doesn't show up well in pic because of the reflections, but it's definitely not the lovely clean blue-green on the listing pics. I pulled a spare duvet out of the cupboard and it had blood spattered all on one corner, which was disgusting.

Everything about this apartment is fab. There were 6 of us visiting for 5 days and there was plenty of room for us. The bedrooms are large, mattresses & pillows very comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are modern, showers fantastic. Wi-Fi available, private garden with eating area & it is very quiet. The location is excellent, close to the city centre, Duomo & galleries. Small supermarket next door, big supermarket near. Lots of amazing restaurants & bars within walking distance.

Slightly dark in long hallway but plenty of lighting.
