Die Lage für Wanderungen von Ehrwald aus ist ideal. Die Gastronomie- Auswahl im Ort für eine Woche ist ausreichend. Die zum Appartment- Besitzer abgehörigen Restaurants sind eine klare Empfehlung.

Der Balkon erstreckt sich über 3 Appartment's und ist nicht 'abtrennbar' durch z.B. eine Seitenmarkiese, Abtrennung oder ähnliches. Die Beleuchtung des Badezimmerspiegels ist defekt (Appartment 4). Leider noch sehr viele 'Tier?!-Haare' im Appartment vorgefunden, auf Boden, Sofa, Sitzkissen der Außenmöbel.

extra betalen voor handdoeken en nieuw beddegoed, prijs is toch al aanzienlijk om daar nog eens extra voor te moeten betalen Netflix werkte niet, werd ook niet opgelost tijdens ons verblijf. Host niet gezien, sleutel stak op de deur, wel onmiddellijk een papier aan de deur met de vraag om de toeristenbelasting te gaan betalen.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, close to a bus stop and shops - just perfect. It’s also convenient that there is a good restaurant on the bottom floor. The apartment was spacious with plenty of storage room, big shower, decently equipped kitchen and a balcony with a great view.

The apartment has no AC or any kind of ventilation. We came in mid August and experienced 30°C on a daily basis and the apartment would get so hot that even with windows closed and blinds shut it was still unbearable. It was also hard to sleep because the apartment would get so hot during the day that it took very long to cool it once it got colder outside. We also couldn’t leave the windows wide open for the night because the balconies are connected and someone could enter our room if we did that. I wouldn’t blame that on the owners, I think it’s not common for this area to get temperatures this high, and therefore there was no reason to get AC. However, if you are coming in the summer I would definitely look for an apartment with AC. When we arrived we had no dish soap or sponge and like 3 paper towel sheets left on the roll so we asked for a restock. An employee came to restock it during our absence and when we came back in the evening after many hours, the doors to our apartment were not locked. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but this was very irresponsible and could have ended much worse.
