The property's location was excellent, being conveniently close to both the city center and the congress center. The spacious open-plan living room and kitchen area worked well for our group, although there were only four dining chairs, so as a group of five we could not all sit together at the table. The beds were comfortable, and the three bedrooms provided ample space for everyone. Additional towels were promptly provided upon request. Clear instructions were given for accessing the apartment, and the dedicated check-in webpage was very helpful, providing detailed information about the apartment and its amenities.

One of the wardrobes was not as clean as we had expected; however, we were able to clean it ourselves without any issues. The bathroom could also benefit from a few additional towel hooks for greater convenience. If you are a light sleeper, it is worth noting that only one of the bedrooms faces away from the main street. The other rooms may experience minor traffic noise, although we did not have any trouble with this.

Le logement était grand pour 5 personnes, proche d’une station de tramway, de car et à 10/15 min du centre ! Le château Wawel à 5 min.

Le hall d’entrée peut faire un peu peur. Il manquerait un four à micro-ondes et une cafetière sinon il est parfait pour nous.

Appartamento molto bello, grande, fornito di tutto e molto pulito! Ottima posizione, nel quartiere Kazimierz, in pochi minuti si arriva ovunque. Forse l'unica pecca è avere un solo bagno per 3 camere, ma almeno i sanitari sono separati dal resto del bagno che è grande e con una bella doccia spaziosa. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

The apartment was lovely and clean with great facilities. Location was good. Tram stop across the road and a good shop nearby. The beds were comfortable.

Firstly we took my mum with us on this break as she hasn't been well and on the second night she sat on one of the chairs in the kitchen and the leg folded and she fell onto the floor hitting her head on the cupboard under the sink. My mum is quite frail and only weighs 8 stone so it was nothing to do with weight. When we opened the cupboard in the hall we found another chair in there with the same problem and had obviously been put away because of this problem so I really feel this apartment needs new kitchen chairs. I did message the owner who apologised. Heating seemed to be on a timer so it was cold at night, there is underfloor heating in some parts. Another issue is the security lights outside in the hall. The hallway is very dark and there are stairs outside the apartment, the security light wouldn't come on until you were nearly at the bottom of the stairs which I felt was quite dangerous. The Internet didn't work for the first 2 nights.
