Very nice apartment! Everything was new and we loved the terrace with view over the lake. Great garden with pool and parking. Close to the beach and also the grocery shop.

Hard to arrive with car and drive in Italy due to the ZTL zones in every village. We asked about the zone, through the chat function in Booking, before traveling but did just get the answer to apply by ourselfs. The issue was that you need to have an Italian citizenship to be able to apply.

The apartment is delightful, spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony. Quiet location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store.

Sadly, although the property itself was lovely, communication with the agency before and after our booking fell way short. Three weeks before our stay I contacted them to let them know that due to flight times there was a chance we might get there shortly after the check in deadline and asking if there could be flexibility with this. We didn’t get a response but as they subsequently took the full payment, we assumed it could be accommodated. A week before our arrival they informed us that there was no flexibility with arrival times and advised we book alternative accommodation for our first night, which we did. It’s now several weeks later and I’ve not yet received confirmation that they will be reimbursing us the cost of our first night, despite chasing several times. So all in all a great property let down by the rental agency’s poor customer communication.
