Have stayed at many Villas across the Pollensa region and Can Ferre Nou was a Gem. Total escape within the beautiful countryside region within easy reach of Pollensa and Alcudia, together with the nearby beaches. The pool area being totally private and spacious with the house itself having both a traditional and contemporary feel to it. We just loved it from the get go. The garden is also very special and immaculately kept. Amazing views out to the sea from the pool area. Wish we hadn't left.
Nothing really at all. No air conditioning but we preferred the ceiling fans which provided plenty of cooling during the hot nights. Often find AC dries the air whereas the fans are more gentle.
