Excellent location and generally well furnished. Good layout with sleeping at the back away from the main harbourside vista.
Limited storage for clothes - i.e. all wardrobe hanging. No shelving for small items of clothes.
A few initial maintenance niggles including a broken shower head.
Issues with the bed in the en-suite that were only resolved by adding the duvet from the sofa bed as an extra layer between the mattress and the sheet.
We had to strip the beds and pick everything in a laundry bag when we left, which is an unusual requirement.

Great location and nice and spacious inside.
The mattresses need replacing as you can feel all the springs which led to an uncomfortable night’s sleep, same with the pillows. This was a shame and is easy to address and would make a massive difference. The sealant in the bathrooms could also use refreshing but the rest of the place was very clean, airy and comfortable.

Bath and showers were great and location was good and the free parking… close to all shops and pub
We didn’t have any heating for 2days, the lid on the bin didn’t close properly (so we had to keep a heavy weight on the lid to keep the smells inside
