Location was close to everything. Plenty of room for everyone. Private area, back yard and pool. It was clean. Had all the amenities like living at home. I re booked to stay again in June.

(It is March) still chilly but,The pool was dirty. Even after the pool maintenance guy came (1 day before we had to check out)there was still a green film around the inside of pool and filter in the bottom of pool was still clogged with leaves and was black. Water wasn't very clear. Un happy about not being able to use the pool as that was the selling point for me. Shared shower, shower head needs replaced its not sturdy and to high up and cant be adjusted. Carpet in living room badly stained and old. Couch was very very uncomfortable and felt like your sitting on the floor. Pillows on couch and beds are old and bunched inner filling. But...with all this it was a great stay.

Unique home. Loved the pool, the pool table and the nice size kitchen. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

The bathrooms could use updating. Toilet seats were old and worn and shower could use new fixtures. The house is close to a train track so if you’re a light sleeper this isn’t the place for you. The train ran through out the night about every two or three hours.

Host is very kind and the pool and spacious inside of the house was very accommodating

Yard was overgrown pretty bad

location, near Cocoa and easy to get to was good. Room and bed sizes were good. Beach chairs, sitting around the pool, in spite of it's appearance. The fan in one of the bedrooms.

The odor - overwhelming cleaning product smell that makes you wonder what it's covering up. The dirty windows hardly let in daylight The cheap appearance of one of the bed spreads, the bedroom nearest the kitchen. The lack of outlets even though there was a table lamp in this same bedroom.
