The apartment is newly renovated and furnished.
This is not a one bedroom apartment because it has no bedroom. There is a living room with a pull out sofa, kitchen, and bathroom. No proper bed. When we arrived, the 'bed' wasn't made up, we had to do it ourselves. Only hand soap in the bathroom, the floor was overall not clean. We vacuumed when we arrived. It is not on the first floor but on the ground floor, you can look inside from the pavement. The hot water boiler was very noisy.
