I had wonderful experience staying at this apartment, and big thanks to Marko. There is a care for guests in every little detail. The apartment truly has everything you need — a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry supplies etc.
Marko is always responsive and ready to help with anything. The view from the window was nice – green trees, quiet street (not main road). The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable. The apartment smells wonderful, is spotlessly clean, and the internet is very fast.
Honestly 10/10. That rarely happens for me, and I'm a fairly experienced traveler! Wishing Marko continued prosperity and success, and thank you so much for taking such good care of your guests.

We were satisfied with everything. The owner is helpful and pleasant, the apartment is very well equipped, everything is there. The apartment has a great location and I rate the garage as a great bonus. We will be happy to use the apartment on our next visit. Thank you Marko.

I stayed in this apartment for a week and honestly, it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had.
The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared — from high-quality toiletries, laundry supplies, and plenty of fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances (except a dishwasher) and every kind of cookware, plate, glass, and utensil you might need.
What really impressed me were the small but important touches: trash bags, cleaning cloths, salt, sugar, sunflower oil, ground pepper, three kinds of instant coffee, and a great selection of herbal teas — all ready and waiting, which made me feel right at home.
The internet connection was fast and stable, and the large smart TV worked perfectly. One of my favorite spots was the beautiful balcony terrace with a table and chairs — the perfect place to relax with a coffee.
The location is fantastic — peaceful yet well-connected — and the host was absolutely wonderful: warm, welcoming, and super helpful. He provided great local tips and made sure everything during my stay went smoothly.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Novi Sad. It truly felt like a home away from home — and I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!
Honestly, everything was great — maybe the only “problem” was that I didn’t have a car to take advantage of the awesome underground parking that comes with the apartment! 😄
