L'appartamento, appena restaurato, è composto da un salone con un divano letto a due posti, una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta. Una cucina con piano cottura con quattro fuochi, un forno e microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e frigo. Il bagno ha una vasca con doccia. Nell'appartamento c'è la rete wireless (WIFI) gratuita e l'aria condizionata. Ci sono lenzuola, asciugamani, ferro e tavola da stiro, stendino, Tv, lettore DVD,biliardino . Ha un terrazzo di 70 mq con una zona coperta da una pergola con tavolo e sedie, una zona salotto, un barbecue/grill ed un forno a legna per le pizze. Dal terrazzo si può godere un'incantevole vista a 270°su Roma.

Host and person checking us in was very helpful and welcoming, the stay was nice, the amenities were everything we needed and more, and was relatively convenient.The host usually replied very quickly and had answers to most of our questions and concerns, and left a notebook for us that contained relevant info about the house and neighborhood.Lots of amenities: A/C and heating, dishwasher (with detergent provided), laundry (with detergent provided), full kitchen (with things like salt, sugar, oil, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans), and the grill and pizza oven is fully stocked with wood, coal, and fire starter provided. The washroom is also pretty funky looking but cool.The location is pretty convenient, with several busses and the streetcar/tram very close by, the house is just on a hill so you'll have to walk up about 7 minutes when coming home from the tram - something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. It's worth it though because the view from the top is fantastic.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience at the apartment, my son slept in the small sofa bed whuch was fine until second day he got up with bites all over his hands,legs,ear we assumed it was mosquito bites so went to the farmacy to get some antihistamines but the farmacist told us it was bed bugs bites and he should be seeing a doctor.We contacted the property owner and wasn't helpful at all got very defensive saying that the bedbugs had come from our suitcases which wasn't the case
