Room spacious, breakfast is good. Give us an early check-in, we arrived to the hotel around 9am because of the flight. Overall is good

A bit away from the central area, but accessible to metro - for us 5mins walk. Reception staff can be more friendly - no smile from the door keeper, even we smile and say hello to them. Reception staff can be more proactive and with smile. Could be the Chinese culture - reserved.

It was very comfortable and clean and modern. We also loved the microwave and coffee machine and that it was close to a shopping centre and food outlets. There is also a nice park I walking distance with a pond.

I didn’t lien that there weren’t more European options for the continental breakfast, but the Chinese breakfast was excellent, so were coffee and tea.

The cleaning lady is very friendly and warm, and I do get daily cleaning. There is a washing machine in the room, which is very useful. The room is quiet.

There are quite a few, especially if you are travelling with a young kid: 1) the location of this hotel is not optimal - we get a taxi in and out a lot, and it's not a location with many cabs around. 2) If you stay for a long time and use the hotel to receive packages, they are not monitored by the staff. All packages are left on a shelf in the lobby, and anyone could walk around the lobby, and it takes a long time to find your own. 3) The facility, especially the bathroom, is a bit old and dated. The towels provided have wear and tear. 4) The water in the swimming pool is cold for children. The swimming pool's changing room and shower room are a bit dirty. The staff were reluctant to provide me with 3 towels when we entered as 3 people, and they had to take hostage of my room key when they gave me the towels. This is very uncomfortable to deal with, and I was told this swimming pool is a third-party facility - not part of the hotel. Swimming lessons are happening inside this small pool, and the instructor is pretty loud - you can hardly relax should you come here for vacations.
