The breakfast wasn't as elaborate as we've experienced in other five star hotels but was fine. Location was good, just a short walk to the Central Market and with easy access to the city tram or buses. Staff were good and very helpful.

From the minute I pulled up to the hotel, the level of service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
The staff were attentive from the very beginning, every detail was considered, and the concierge team were absolutely phenomenal.
It wasn’t just good service it was that feeling that every single person genuinely wanted to make your stay exceptional.

It’s pretty and it smells really good. The shower is amazing.
The beds are hard and the pillows aren’t great. The room was quite warm even when I turned the temperature down to 18. By the time we checked out it was still at 20 degrees.
