Das Frühstück war äusserst liebevoll gemacht, hat köstlich geschmeckt! Frischer Kaffee,, herrliches Brot , selbstgemachte köstliche Marmelade. Melone, Schinken, Käse ,Omelette, frischer Obstsaft und jeden Tag eine köstliche selbstgebackene Mehlspeise. Der Tisch war sehr elegant gedeckt , Tischwäsche aus Leinen , schöner kann es nicht sein!

A wonderful and authentic experience We were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s family home. The villa is around 300 years old. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and authentic. The family takes genuine care of their guests, and if you have some time, they are always happy to chat and share stories about the place and the area. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It is prepared by the lovely grandmother of the family, with homemade products, jams and marmalades, homemade pastries, freshly baked bread and eggs cooked to order. Everything was delicious and felt truly homemade. The rooms are historic and furnished with old-style furniture, which perfectly matches the character of the house. At the same time, everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Fresh towels and spotless bed linen were provided, and there was even a notice confirming that the rooms are disinfected. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, and there is private parking inside the gated property, which was very convenient for us. One thing worth mentioning is that the private bathroom is not located directly inside the bedroom. It is exclusively for your use, but it is located separately, just a short walk up/down the stairs, as is typical in some historic houses and villas. This was absolutely fine for us, but it is useful to know in advance. We honestly did not expect such a wonderful experience from a stay in such a small village. It turned out to be one of the most memorable and charming parts of our trip. If you are travelling by car and have some extra time, we would definitely recommend staying here. It is a beautiful way to slow down, experience a historic home and enjoy genuine Italian hospitality. We would happily stay here again!

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem schön restaurierten Herrenhaus, die Zimmer sind stilvoll mit alten Möbeln gestaltet; um die Originalatmosphäre des Hauses zu bewahren, befindet sich das zum Zimmer gehörende Bad ein paar Schritte entfernt einen halben Stock tiefer. Im großen, gepflegten Garten stehen bequeme Sitzmöbel, die man auch als Gast benutzen und genießen darf. Die Vermieterin und ihre Mutter sind sehr freundlich, gesprächsfreudig und servieren am Morgen ein phantastisches, liebevoll gestaltetes Frühstück mit Produkten aus der Umgebung und selbstgemachten Spezialitäten (Gebäck, Kuchen, Marmelade). Ein paarhundert Schritte entfernt gibt es eine Osteria mit hervorragender Küche, wo wir im Gastgarten einen schönen Sonnenuntergang erlebten.

La posizione, la casa,la stanza,la colazione è veramente eccezionale ma soprattutto gli anfitrioni che sono molto attenti alle esigenze dell' ospite, danno tantissime informazioni e idee per poter visitare questa zona de Friuli. Un B&B autentico come pochi. Grazie per la bellissima esperienza.
