Je tam vše co je potřeba k pár dnům pobytu.
Čisté, postele pohodlné,
bezpečné a pěkná ulice, přímo u hlavní silnice a promenády kolem řeky,
asi 25 minut od autobusového nádraží a velké tržnice.
Špatný tlak vody, jak v kuchyni, tak ve sprše. Hodně tmavý byt, je v úrovni chodníku, každý vám tam vidí.

Very friendly staff
Cleanliness. The pan was fully greased, the for was full between the pointy parts, spoons had spots on it, the washing machine is very dirty outside and the cabinets smelled a lot like old dust (bedroom and living room)
The heater was very ineffective, the rooms were pretty cold even after contacting the property staff (He helped me and put it higher but the heaters were still mostly cold)

The location is good, quite near the city center (20 min walk). The host was nice, sent us several spots to visit in Riga, also we received an extensive explanation about how to get in the apartment.
The apartment had a smell and everything in it seems to be breaking.. The doors of the cupboards, the shower, the water tap, the chairs near the bar - everything seemed to be very neglected for a long time. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress bedridden and seems to be rather old. The neighbors were also very very loud, we woke up in the middle of the night because someone was playing music loudly and shouting. The water in the shower was either very cold or very hot, there was not even one package of tea in the kitchen (but thats, of course, the smallest minus).

"The location is amazing, very close to the Old Town and the bus station. There is a Maxima and Fix price near the apartment and a public transport stop."
