ALLA RIPA di RIO

Perfect place to stay. Convenient walk from the train using the two free elevators in town. Great restaurants near by. Wonderful terrace with view for the evenings. Room was newly decorated and very clean. And the hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Everything was perfect. The owners went above and beyond, from the bottle of local wine on arrival, the bowl of grapes from their own vines, to the lovely chat the evening before I left. The room was spotless with everything you could need including a coffee machine. The view from the little terrace is easy to sit and look at for hours. It’s in a quiet area above the town which was perfect for me. There are public lifts that get you down to the town centre which the owners provided free access to, if you aren’t up to tackling the steps! All in all I had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend Alla Ripa di Rio highly enough.

Nothing. It was perfect.

The location is fantastic. The host is very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to reach the location. He even sent a video with instructions which was super helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and has a fantastic view . The lift is close by and within minutes you have restaurants . Getting into the marina is easy and near by.
