Very strategic location and complete facilities. Could comfortably stay for over a week.

Communication was good. Not too far from the train station. Most of the amenities were in the property.
Not much.

For a convenient location in central Tokyo at the weekend the price was very reasonable. The owners were very helpful when I had any questions.
Nothing in particular.

It was a cute, clean apartment. Getting in was easy. The air-conditioner had issues but they sent someone over immediately to fix it. It had a washer, and the shower area turned into a drying room, which was very cool. There was a good Taiwanese restaurant a few blocks away that served very tasty soup dumplings and beer. Subway was under 10 minute walk.
The beds and pillows were not comfortable, which made it very hard to sleep. It is unfortunate because everything else about the place I loved.
