Mobiliar, Küchenstühle abgewetzt und schmutzig gehören eigentlich auf dem Sperrmüll, Toaster defekt und wurde nicht ausgetauscht, Kaffeemaschine verkalkt und verschmutzt, Teilweise löst sich an den Kanten der Küchenschränke Furnier ab, Kühlschrank total vereist, Thermostat defekt? Waschmaschine immer wieder mit Aussetzern, Schleudern ging nur gelegentlich, kein ohne erkennbaren Grund , (Füllmenge war i.O.) Vermieterin reagierte nicht, Haustür Schloss hakelig, schwer zu öffnen, Wohnungseingangstür verzogen und nur mit erheblichen Kraftaufwand zu öffnen

Well equipped. Comfy beds. Good location in Tazacorte. Spacious.

Balcony was only a side sea view. Plus a tree blocked some of the view.

It was very clean and safe. The swimming pool area was quiet and pretty. The weather was hot for March so I used the small pool twice. The location is great with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and the road network. I like Tazacorte so knew I wanted to stay in the town.

I didn't expect this to be a residential block with apartments rented to holiday makers. People lived, worked and smoked in the building. We didn't get one of the nice views seen on the website, we only had small balconies, not a terrace. Just luck of the draw I guess, as others had lovely out door space.

Vieuw, location , host,... We will go back
