Lokalita byla velmi příjemná. Ubytování je velmi komorní, žádný velký resort. Dům byl pohodlný a plně nám vyhovoval. Parkování bylo přímo u domu, terasa velmi příjemná. Na pláž se šlo kousek přes silnici, pak byl malý lesík ve kterém ale parkovala auta, daly se půjčit slunečníky a šnorchlovací potřeby. Pláž byla menší, čistá, voda též čistá a plná života. Hned vedle ubytování tři restaurace otevřené od 9:00 hod a zavíraly v 19:00 hod. V noci byl klid ani auta a motorky nejezdily.

Velmi špatný signál wifi. U našeho domu byla venku pračka, která byla napojena na náš proud. Všichni v ní prali. Nám bylo řečeno, že budeme mít 20% slevu při platbě el. energie, ale nakonec k tomu nedošlo, platili jsme vše. Nebylo to ale moc. Víc mě vadila halda úklidových prostředků a popelnice v blízkosti našeho domu.

Our host was incredibly responsive, any questions were answered almost instantaneously through the booking.com app/email. The property was exactly as described in the photos. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure, hot water, and the kitchen had what we needed. Convenient access to the beach. You can't really see much of water from the property but it is very close. 3 restaurants right in the area. Loved the "One More" Restaurant, it was the best deal with biggest proportions. Snorkeling at Ya Nui beach was the best in all the beaches we went to, even better than the little island you can rent a kayak to reach. Just a few steps off to the left side of the beach were a ton of fish.

We came prepared knowing that the host would request deposit and we were to pay the electrical usage for the property. When we arrived she told us that we would have a 20% discount off the per kw fee since the laundry machine is connected to our house. She said we were to pay 5 baht per kw (discounted already). However upon checkout we were told it was 8 baht per kw, as this was the rate that non Thai owned properties pay. I was surprised at this increased fee. In the end we consumed 52kw for 5 nights stay. We did notice the day we arrived that our host did laundry the entire day (some 4-5 loads). However for the next few days only 1-2 loads were done. Ya Nui beach was the busiest and also most garbage littered beach of all the ones we visited (We went to Ao Yon, Rawai Beach). Cars would park on the road making it dangerous to cross the road in the late afternoon.

Персонал. Хозяйка была максимально неприветливой . В день заселения грубила. Веда себя высокомерно. В момент заезда поставила нас перед фактом - электроэнергия оплачивается отдельно. По безумной цене . 1 киловатт - 1 доллар . Просто ужас !
