Well situated. Very close to the center and the train station. Clean.
The three flights of stairs is problematic with luggage. The entrance is also pretty run down, torn wallpaper in the hallway. It’s very basic, furniture is very worn. No wardrobe to hang clothing. It does not have soundproofing so it is noisy during the weekend.

Nice location, this place technically provides everything you need for a stay. Overall is very clean
Need to walk 3 floors , so for the heavy luggage carriers. Midnight is a bit noisy outside with bargoers and youngsters on motors.
