The location of the apartment was outstanding. It was a short walk to the Riverside markets which are fabulous, many restaurants, the hop on, hop bus, and the centre of the CBD. Despite being on a busy street, it’s very quiet inside the apartment. The apartment is roomy and the kitchen is generously equipped and the on site parking is easy to negotiate.

Some of the lounge furniture has seen better days and is shabby, and there were marks on walls which could have been easily cleaned off.

We arrived in Christchurch by air and the trip from the airport to the central city by public bus was excellent. Moreso, the transport hub was only about 200 yards easy walk away from the accommodation, and in fact over the entirety of our stay in Christchurch with one exception we walked to all the attractions we wished to see. The exception to that was a visit to the Airforce Museum at Wigram and we used the public bus to get there and back. With one exception, and that was at a large department store, the people of Christchurch and especially the younger people we encountered were very helpful in giving us directions around their city.

Nothing to dislike in our experience.

It is centrally located, the apartment is new and modern.
