Property location is fantastic which easy access to burriana beach via steps and 5 minute walk from amazing tapas bars, Le redondo etc. all amenities in apartment like pool chairs, pool umbrella etc. beds were comfortable and air worked perfectly. Kitchen was fine too but the plugs were dodgy and toaster tripped the electricity. But was rectified with switch in fuse board in apartment.
Shower in guest room leaked a lot if in shower a while.
Car park view wasn’t ideal but was quiet.
Could do with being updated. Pool small and more of a plunge pool.

Tout au niveau du logement était exceptionnel. Le centre est proche. les différentes plages également. au top !!!
le parking pour ma voiture. Pas de place à l'extérieur; Obligation de payer 200€ pour les 2 semaines pour être sur d'avoir une place de parking

The property is excellently placed just a very short walk to the centre of Nerja and the Balcon d’Europe.
The building was just next to the car park where we could leave our hire car. 62 euros for 7 days parking. Many bars and restaurants in the location the closest being almost next door where we ate twice and had excellent service. The apartment itself was very well equipped with all we needed including beach toys and chairs and parasols available to use. Air conditioning was excellent and each room had fans too.
Whilst the apartment was very good it is a little dated and tired. The bath was flaking and the grout has seen better days. Outside furniture was also a little worse for wear. The swimming pool on the roof was compact but it did have lots of tiles missing. The sun loungers were also in need of repair/replacement. However this did not distract from us having a fabulous family holiday and we would go again.
