The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had every ammenity you would want. The kitchen was well equipped and very usable. Location-wise, you were near two large supermarkets in a quiet neighborhood but close to the busier, centro storico and also a few minutes walk to a Metro station. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and gladly stay here again.

While the bathroom was spotlessly clean, there was a smell we suspect from the u-bend in the shower. It never went away completely but seemed to improve after a day or two. Also we understand it is a regulation to keep the temperature at 23⁰ but that is very warm for sleeping and it seems to make having A.C. pointless.

The location of this apartment was amazing- a quick walk to the old town and the state archives where I was researching. There were plenty of dishes to cook with and a few essentials like salt and vinegar, though surprisingly no olive oil. The building was convenient and quiet, and the piazza it faces was a lovely residential area. I was grateful for the washing machine and dishwasher, though there wasn't a ton of dish or laundry soap. There is a lovely balcony that looks east into a rooftop garden and several large grocery stores nearby, as well as great restaurants a short walk away.

I was underwhelmed by the attendant who met us. She was adamant about our meeting time, then sauntered up 30 min late because she was checking in someone else in at another property. She was in no rush to be helpful or speedy and mostly directed us to the online booklet for the property. She was sure to tell me not to loose my keys because it would be very inconvenient for her to come back and help me. I stayed in a number of places during my time in Italy, and this one is run by the largest vacation rental company in Italy. It shows. The property was great (they had four apartments in my building alone), the service was not.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Genova. The building is new and modern, located in a beautiful and quiet area of the city, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated.

The only downside can be the price, which felt a bit too high for a small apartment . However, overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would still recommend it to others looking for a quality place in Genova.
