Everything was good except it was quite noisy at times especially on Saturday evening and into the small hours. The road outside can be busy and there's a car park directly behind the building which seems to be popular with light commercial vehicles plus there are big rubbish and recycling bins that have to be emptied etc.
Even in the building the doors close noisily and you can hear people chatting even though they're not shouting at all.

Near the city centre.
Very small and hot. Just stayed one night as planned.

Great location with parking at additional cost.
Host always responded very quickly to any communication.
Functional studio apartment, which served well as a base for a short stay in Norwich.
There was a fan provided, which was very much needed in the recent heatwave.
Also, a thoughtful touch with a welcome pack of tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits plus washing up liquid.
Could have benefitted from hand soap in the bathroom (there was shower gel provided), and I did notice that the bathroom extractor fan hadn't been cleaned in quite a while.
