Tony was a great host and was very friendly, he told us a lot about the island and what to see. We also really loved the car. The tent was very easy to fold up. All in all, very great experience and we would recommend CampCar to anyone visiting Maui.
The tent got a little wet during heavy rainfalls, but it dried quickly in the sun the day after.

Tony was fabulous! Super friendly and gave some great tips and travel advice for the road to hana.
The car appeared brand new (but was 2018, i think), was super clean inside and out! The car was a hybrid.
All camping equipment provided, including super plush beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. For a tad extra (less than the hotel charged) we could rent snorkeling gear.
Cooking equipment was available, but we didn't borrow/use it.
For small fee, allowed to return late (6p instead of 11a).
Tent felt spacious for 2 adults with 3 large windows, pillows, sheets and blanket provided.
On arrival, thought car was going to be a jeep or similar with camper/tent attached based on several pics online, so disappointed it was a Kia sportage. (The car ended up being perfect, spacious, could park anywhere on road to hana, had 4 wheel drive)
Also, couldn't pick car up until noon and then was a solid 30min-1hr for all info, equipment check and teachings (which was great). But wanted an early start on road ro hana, so keep in mind when renting...might need to wait until next day to leave, or go stay in wai'anapanapa park for night.

Everything thing. The owner was super friendly and gave us a lot of tips and advice. The car was amazing and so was the tent.
