The resort was very beautiful but seemed to be in need of basic repairs and maintenance. The staff was also inattentive at times and would not respond to your needs in a timely manner. There was also a night club nearby the resort that would play loud music until around 2am which was very disturbing. Overall our stay was nice but the hotel has issues that really need to be addressed.

Everything was amazing it was my first time in Alacati and the private beach was the best part of the hotel. Definitely be visiting again.
The only thing that I wasn’t so happy about was some overpriced food items. Like the scoop of ice cream.
But everything else was great . The staff was amazing too.
