The communication with staff has no issue. However, needs to improve on the cleanliness.
I had to ask them to clean the floor and changed bed linen on the first day. The location was excellent but not cleanliness. Overall, it’s ok.

Absolutely loved how close the apartment complex is from the city. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Just a teensy bit confusing at check-in because this is in an apartment building and not being familiar with the area, parking and all that took a minute to figure out.
There was no toilet paper when I arrived, no potholders or sheet pans in the full kitchen, but there is coffee, sweetener and non-dairy creamer.
The room was super clean, the upstairs neighbors were pretty quiet, the hallways and parking garage felt clean and safe.
Really nice pool and access to streaming services was nice.
