The hotel was ideally placed, clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful and the complimentary coffee and pastries for breakfast was very welcome.
Whilst the rooms are compact, they have everything we needed and were very comfortable.

Quaint hotel in prime location with access to various train stations with 13 minute walls. Surrounded by great restaurants, conbini and shops. They were able to assist on shipping luggage to next hotel location.

The staffs are super helpful and go above and beyond their duties. I have left my work cell phone behind at there other hotel in Osaka and the staff helped me track it down and ship it to me the next day. So grateful for their assistant. During the day, we have also encounter the earthquake, the prompt and the safety assurance or comforting that they have plans in action. The hotel were clean, great location and we pushes the breakfast with our stay. The breakfast was so delicious. We enjoyed it every morning before we head out for the adventure for the day.
