Good place and really good value. The coffee downstairs is the best. Everybody friendly.

Met all the clean and comfortable criteria but really excelled on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The owners run a small restaurant / bar downstairs and went out of their way to make the stay warm, comfortable and easy. A great slice of Italian life.
