The location is perfect for walking to everything. Comfortable room as well. Only thing that’s different about this property is that reception is often not staffed. But when it is the people are very helpful.

Parking was the main issue.
We should have mapped our route straight to the garage instead of trying to find the apartment. By the time we got parked we were so turned around that we couldn’t find the apartment. We were within 200 meters of the place the whole time.
The actual location was amazing and the dining and shopping and night life was spot on.

This is a few apt rooms with a small lobby. There is not a 24 hr desk here, so they were going to leave our keys for us and instructions with codes on how to get in. The rooms were a pleasant surprise, newly renovated, and we were provided with water in the mini fridge and fully stocked coffee bar. Very close to all sights in Florence. The only drawback was we were on a main street and it got rowdy outside once or twice, but never disturbed our sleep. Locked luggage storage available in the morning after we checked out.
