The location of the house is ideal for accessing all the island has to offer. The home is well appointed and the decor matches the seaside location. Our family came from FL, NC, NH & MA to share a wonderful week vacationing together in June before the summer crowds. The house is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked. There were many thoughtful house items including a baby stroller (perfect for strolling downtown), a baby bathtub (so helpful after a day at the beach, and some children books/toys including puzzles and a fancy tic tac toe for kids of all ages. This is one house that not only allows you all to sleep in one space but to also all eat together. There are two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, a delightful back porch, and a spacious 2 car garage for guests to use. The hosts were friendly easy to reach and acknowledged our questions and concerns.

Everything in the house was as expected. Had all the things we needed for cooking which made the trip easier.

Home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for us! Thank you!

From the moment we entered this home, we were a happy family! There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable together or when a little "space" was needed. We were traveling with 3 children ages 9, 6 and 18 months and the home offered a crib, highchair and children's toys & books. We prepared and enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner in the well appointed kitchen which had a brand new Keurig coffee pot......just ordered one as a Christmas gift because we enjoyed it so much!!We were pleasantly surprised to discover a Santa's Village walk about display right across the street. Our grandchildren were so excited to attend two nights in a row! This house is on a busy road but very quiet inside. It was a nice neighborhood to take walks each morning and late afternoon. Didn't have time to visit much of the surrounding area other than the Aquarium which was about 10 minutes away. Perfect for young children. Our adult children were overjoyed with the Newport/Narragansett night life minutes away. The beds were comfotable, linens were plentiful and furnishings were very tasteful. Not alot of knickknacks or useless pieces of furniture crowding the space. The house was spotless. It even smelled clean and fresh upon entering. Such a nice feeling to know everything was clean before "moving" in!One BIG suggestion would be to consider adding a 2nd TV in the large downstairs family room especially when children are around and including instructions on how to operate livingroom TV in case renters cannot get it to work. That happened to us and a message to owner was immediately answered with instructions to unplug router and wait a bit. TV worked with no issues after that......our daughter did bring a small TV from her home to avoid adults and kids arguing about what to watch in the evenings. After retiring to Delaware and moving from our hometown of Connecticut two years ago, we look for a home to rent during holidays so family can all come together. This home is on our "YES" list to return to again.Thank you Liam Family!!Jon & Barb Hulse & Family
