Charming detached villa (135 m2), a few steps from the beach Gennemari, the most beautiful beach of Torre delle Stelle. It is completely independent, with a garden of plants giving much privacy, in a private area with access restricted to owners only.

The space
The villa, with 6/7 beds, is detached , completely independent of any other property, boasts fine views of the bay and is only 90 m. as the crow flies from the beach Gennemari (about 160 m. walk).
The bedrooms, situated slightly on a higher level, surround the lower living and dining areas (fireplace) opening onto the terrace. The leather look of polished hand made terra cotta tiles in the living areas add charm to the decor. Generous outside terraces on various levels.

It consists of:

- A large living room, almost 50 square meters. with tiled floor and fireplace , which opens on the terraces and from which there is direct access to the bedrooms;
- A large double bedroom with mini-bar refrigerator, with the possibility of an additional bed for a child, with private bathroom with bathtub and shower head;
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds in bunk beds, with a shared bathroom with shower;
- A kitchen, equipped with a 4 burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, 2 bowl sink and dishwasher;
- A bathroom with a bathtub with shower seat;
- A pantry with fitted cupboards and washing machine;
- Large terraces on several levels, with terracotta tiled floors, with a shaded dining area with a roof made of reeds and equipped with barbecue and pizza oven, a shaded and covered seating area equipped with sofas, and a large solarium with sofa, armchairs and coffee table;
- Garden with trees and hedges and automatic watering;
- Outdoor shower (cold water only);
- Parking for 2/3 cars.

All bedrooms are equipped with individual Mitsubishi A++ air conditioning, mosquito nets and fans.
In the bathrooms there is the hair dryer.

Due to the presence of steps and staggered floors the villa is not suitable for disabled people.
No pets allowed.

The villa is completely independent, so the villa and garden are at the full disposal of the guests, without any sharing.
You can smoke in outdoor areas (terraces, solarium), but please do not smoke inside the villa.

Torre delle Stelle, located at Km.21 of the provincial road no. 17 , who starting from Poetto reach Villasimius, can be reached from the port of Cagliari in about 40 minutes (32Km.) and from Cagliari - Elmas airport in 50 minutes.

It is the most prestigious residential settlement between Cagliari and Villasimius.
Torre delle Stelle has two beaches: the beach of Gennemari, a short walk from the villa, characterized by a clear and fine sand (boat rental available), and the beach Cannesisa, with bars and kiosks that come alive at night.
Is this then a third, large beach, the beach of Marongiu, just 1 km away, in the place Baccu Mandara .

Torre delle Stelle on summer is particularly rich of services: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, catholic church, playground, tennis court.
The market and restaurant - pizzeria best known are at 900 m. from the villa.

In a few minutes drive is then reached Villasimius, with its beaches, the marina with all the facilities (boat hire, marine excursions), the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara, discotheque and more.
