Carol the guest host was generally prompt to respond to my requests. There were no extra bed linens, please add a set. Beds were very comfortable A plus! And yet needed sheets for the air bed. Took awhile to find the iron to use the ironing board. Also ants are in the kitchen on counter. The oven does not have racks that fit properly. And only 1 plastic skillet spatula; large cooking spoons would have been nice, are needed. No wine glasses except for a couple of plastic disposable ones. Plenty of glasses and plates and bowls and flatware which is good!. Dishwasher works well but bottom rack is missing rollers so it’s a challenge to pull it in and out. The shared living spaces were wonderful for our family, comfortable and attractive with nice seating arrangements and dinner tables. The bar stools and bar were a favorite for breakfasts. Kids enjoyed the hot-tub!

What a lovely place to celebrate a milestone Birthday with family & friends! Lots of room for the kids to roam and play! Would recommend for any sort of large group!

This house was great for us! The kids loved the games; ping pong, basketball, and the pool table. The adult enjoyed the spacious living areas. The big kitchen was a plus for cooking together. We had a nice stay!

This house has a lot going for it. Plenty of space and seating, and those spaces are spread out. In our case, that allowed kids to watch a movie downstairs while the adults played a game upstairs. Plenty of TVs and games. Good location. We gave this property three stars, but this house could easily get five stars from us with some improvements. We knocked off one star for:-Cleaning crew needs to catch more details. Dust more. Vacuum the entire floor, including the corners of rooms, etc. Many lightbulbs burned out in master suite bathroom.-The deck doesn’t feel safe for many people to stand on at once, and it appears to be rotting when you look at it from the bottom.-The backyard is riddled with gopher holes. We understand that maybe this isn't fixable. We do live with nature around us, of course.-Kitchen needs many more cooking materials, such as a larger pot for boiling pasta. We knocked off another star for what is hopefully a very short term issue (and is mentioned in other recent reviews): The kitchen refrigerator is broken. In a house this large with 12 people, having two working refrigerators is very helpful. Only having one is frustrating, and having it in the garage is unbearable when cooking a dinner for a large group. The host says that they are waiting on a backordered part to fix the kitchen fridge. We think that if the host is going to charge full price to renters, they need to buy a new fridge immediately, and they should have done so before our stay.
