A parkoló kicsit szűkös, nagyobb kocsival problémás a parkolás a garázsban, viszont van egy tető nélküli parkoló is.

I had a very pleasant stay here and would gladly recommend this place. The location is excellent: very close to the beach, but still very quiet, as the apartment is situated in a small side street with almost no through traffic. It is also conveniently located within the Lime bike service area, so you can easily rent and leave bikes nearby without an additional parking fee. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and still very new. I had a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, and a kitchen area with a sofa. Everything worked perfectly: the fridge, microwave, kitchenette and shower. The water pressure was excellent, and the kitchen set provided was very practical for preparing simple meals. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. The reception is a real reception, where you are received with coffee and fresh pastries, which gives the place a very personal and warm touch. I also had some very interesting conversations with the hosts, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The surroundings are very convenient as well. The beach is close by, including a gym where you can book training sessions. There are grocery shops within walking distance, and many restaurants can be found along the parallel street and by the seafront. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Rimini: quiet, well located, comfortable, practical and run by genuinely welcoming hosts.

There is honestly very little to say here. Everything was pretty much perfect during my stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and everything in the apartment functioned as it should. I had no real complaints.

It’s a bit poorly thought out design. For example: on the kitchen there were microwave, coffee machine and kettle and only one suitable electrical outlet. So I had to unplug one device to use the other constantly. Another example is leaving room TV located side from the couch, making it inconvenient to watch. The curtains are too long and just basically swiping the floor and very dirty at the bottom. Cleanliness was good except the floor ( don’t go bear foot or you need to wash the floor all the time by yourself), spiderwebs under the ceiling needs to be cleaned. The drying rack place outside is under some trees and the leaves and flowers are fooling on your drying clothes all the time.
