Were here for the second time. Great location, The apartment is compact but the rooms do not feel cramped or tight.
Great value if you need that number of rooms.

Nice single bedrooms
Stairs was a bit tight with luggage.

We paid for the entire third floor. There were four rooms for the five of us to share, plus a pleasant common room to relax in. The amenities were adequate as well.
It’s almost a 45 minute trip to get anywhere, and the money you spend on travel could go toward staying somewhere nicer and closer to where most of the action is. Everything also felt a bit brittle and cheap. (Don't just follow google maps to the apartment the comments here are more helpful.)
