Nice quiet suburb within easy walk to Ponsonby. Nice and spacious for my group. Love the pot plants and comfy beds. Nice big outside area.
I mean its obvious the kitchen needs a refresh but it was clean and efficient and so it didn’t matter - one tiny gripe is a fresh sponge for the kitchen instead of a used one - which was a bit gross!

Great location, clean, well equipped & very comfortable.
Random vehicle parked too close to drive way preventing guest from parking in drive way for entire 8 day stay.
Curtains not easy to use because of missing hooks.

The location was excellent, that is why we chose it. Reasonably central, quiet and easy for shopping etc.
The property was described as having two bathrooms. We booked this property specifically for two bathrooms. An extra toilet off the kitchen area cannot be classed as an additional bathroom.
