Beautiful home with all what’s needed for a good vacation. Excellent location: close to a nice beach with great bars and restaurants. Also it is close to the city by bus or taxi.

It's the little things that show the quality of someone's business. When the owner knows we are coming with children and leaves crayons and colouring books in the drawer of the bedroom for them to play with, it is what I call a good business. Attention to detail is all I can say about this house. Really, if I moved into that house right now, I wouldn't need to bring in a single thing.
If you are travelling with small kids, look no further. The closed yard with no dangers inside is a bliss for peaceful evenings. Really, really kid-safe place. I read the comments that the parking gate is narrow, and it's true, but I rented a large SUV there and parked it without much hassle.
If anything, the bedroom night lights could be dimmer. But that's really nitpicking.
Also, since there is a shower in the yard, it would be such a fantastic thing to have warm water there. We don't like the sand, and if we had warm water in the yard, we could have showered ourselves and the kids outside and have no sand on a beautiful porch.
