The property owner was easy to reach, very kind, and helpful. The location was great, right near the metro. Cute view from windows too. A lot of mirrors for girls to get dressed and put makeup on. Outlets available. Safe building and neighborhood. Fresh fruit markets, pubs, and a few cafes right around apartment.

Just keep in mind these are older buildings. Things might not be perfect or have a lot of space.

A nice flat located on the 5th floor of a new building, in one of the best regions of Paris. Close to metro and RER station. It can easily fit up to 4 people , making it an extremely good value for money. Also good for solo or business travelers (considering the prices for a quality stay in this region). Comfortable beds, a kitchen with all the basics plus washing machines, a nice view to an open space with trees between other buildings. The person responsible for giving me the keys and handling all the communication was absolutely great and very helpful to anything I needed.

It was ok clean but not extra clean, at least for my standards.
