The views are amazing, watching the sun set on the balcony while sipping a chilled wine was perfect end to the day! The owner Simon was lovely and very responsive for the duration of our stay:) The apartment is a good size with plenty of toilets:) Some good quality pots and pans, coffee machine, two air fries AND a wine fridge!

Unfortunately the main balcony doors are still broken so you can’t access the balcony from the main living area which was a real shame! In the summer months it will be unbearable if those doors are not sorted. No Aircon in the property, although the lovely owner did bring us some fans on request. It would have been really nice to have some Antibacterial spray, a can opener, kitchen roll, oil for cooking, salt/Pepper. Most of the glassware was plastic which was disappointing.

A few things need fixing

Fittings and furnishings all top notch. View wonderful. Spacious and spotless. Car park and lift fantastic.

Instructions on facilities like wifi, cooker etc. As a security deposit involved, a list of the several broken things would have clarified things and put minds at rest. Unuseable, broken doors to patio were a disappointment.

The property was very clean tidy and modern, it’s perfect location for Newquay and give fantastic views across the beach, the property was fully kitted out and easy to use the facilities on site.

Nothing it was ideal.
