The location was quite convenient.

Co-ordinate with the Booking.com team to make the necessary changes in the room details. As it was mentioned in the site that the breakfast was included & the hotel staff said that breakfast was not included & same for the room, the accurate information should be there that if 3 people are coming for the stay, hotel will accommodate a Mattress for the 3rd person. Please make changes as it will create confusion for the people who will come with the booking details which is on the site & the hotel staff couldn't cater the request all the time, making it an unnecessary confusion/awkward situation for both the parties.

It is clean and comfortable, staffs are cooperative.

Water should be provided in room.

Hospitality was extremely poor — no welcome or basic courtesy even after booking for 4 nights. During check-in, we were shown a room completely different from what was described on the booking site. The staff suggested upgrading to a suite. As I was traveling with a lady companion and it was already evening after a long journey, I had no choice but to accept. Even the suite lacked complimentary water and breakfast, as clearly mentioned in the booking. The AC was unserviced, and the reception staff were mostly busy chatting with local visitors, creating discomfort. The kitchen remained closed the entire Sunday till 7 PM, which was highly inconvenient. The property seems more suitable for short hourly OYO stays or casual visitors rather than business travellers or genuine couples looking for a decent and peaceful environment.
