The location is really strategic, only 5 minutes walk from Morishita Station. There are convenient stores, restaurants, and coin laundry nearby. The room are comfortable and the facilities like microwave, reffigerator, and kitchen utensils are so complete (they even have pans and IH stove).
If you travel with big luggage, you need some efforts to reach 4th floor without elevator.

The location is very near and accessible to train station making the hop from city to city very convenient. There are nearby stablishments like laundry shop, groceries, and food stalls making you to have multiple options. I would say my family enjoyed the stay in this accomodation.
I highly suggest to the owner to add somehow a rice cooker and have the pillows add an extra cotton to make it fluffy and comfy.
