I was amazed by how helpful the hosts were in arranging an internet router in the flat I had rented. I wasn't able to run video conferencing calls with many attendees for work with the WiFi network and they were really great at sorting that out.
The hot water in the shower ran out if two people wanted to shower in the morning. My daughter and I were staying at Urban Oasis and in the morning only one of us could shower. I think this was because Urban Oasis relies mainly on solar power to heat its geysers. I have no objection to this in the summer but between May and October, given the weather in Cape Town, this is not reliable.

Alles war so schön und beeindruckend und die Unterkunft sehr geschmackvoll wir haben die tolle Terrasse genutzt zum Frühstücken...einkaufen konnten wir um die Ecke etc.
Ausflüge: Helikopter - Pinguine - Tafelberg - Clinton - A& W etc ....ein Traum
Alles hat uns gefallen!

The apartment had everything and the guest supplies were just great!
Will easily stay again.
