Location is very close to the lighthouse and the fort which is why we booked this place. To find the place you go into the garage and go up an elevator. Can be hard to find if you don't know what you are looking for. The apartment is quite inside although the location is a busy area. The apartment was huge and had very comfortable beds. We slept so well. The staff were so lovely - always smiling, joking and if we ever needed anything they were on hand and foot to help. We only stayed one night before our flight home but could have easily stayed another. The staff were so accomdating to let us stay in their waiting area till the evening for our taxi home to the airport. Really can't fault them was a flawless experience. We also came when it was not the sunny season but we liked the swimming pool and had a quick dip. I could imagine it would be nice in the Summer. If you have a big family the place would be excellent.

No fire alarms and the main stairs down are locked. There is a fire escape.

Large comfortable spacious apartment. The pool was lovely with a view of the fort.

Loud air con fans

Very large apartment well equipped - great for family or two couples. In the heart of residential property so get to see Sri Lankan life. Close to fort and restaurant and supermarket. Very secure and great new AC so very cool.

Floors a bit slippery and rugs need non stick backing. Bathrooms.need better ventilation as no windows and were a bit smelly. Noisy area but room is quiet.
