In general, everything was fine.

The room comes with a full set of dishes and cooking utensils, so you can easily prepare your own meals. Parking is available right in front of the room, and although there are a few stairs to climb, the distance for carrying your luggage is as short as possible.
If four people stay, you’ll need to lay out folding mattresses on the floor, which doesn’t leave much space to move around. The table is also small, so eating together at the same time can feel a bit tight. You might need to get a bit creative with how you use the space!
