Fabulous location, easy walk to Salamanca, great cafes and restaurants within metres of accommodation. Beautiful rooms, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could need for a group stay. Well heated. Comfortable beds. Much appreciated welcome treats.
A small inconvenience is that car parking is limited to, at the most 3 hours from 8am to 6pm.

Awesome location. In the heart of Battery Point with bakery right next door, pub and restaurants within steps of the house - but very quiet at the house. 5-7 mins walk to Salamanca place and wharf.
While we loved the property and the backyard is so pretty and relaxing, the garden needed a good tidy up, the birdbath needed a clean and the bbq was dirty. Some outdoor lights were not working.
