The location for our needs.
There were no ceiling fans or fans on the wall as I am a very hot sleeper and struggled to sleep with just the air conditioning on

Location so close to the Star and Pacific Fair. Beautiful river views.

Beautiful apartment. Great building and facilities. The view from the 34th floor was amazing.
A little under equipped. As it’s privately managed (not by the hotel) it really could do with extra towels/blankets etc as it has none. A normal hotel would be able to provide extra upon request but not in this case.
Could be a one off but there was no milk to accompany the tea/coffee provided so for anybody who stays, take your own.

I hope I could get the check in details (where and how to get the key) the day before.
I only got the details a few hours before the check in.
Wifi password should be indicated in the premises. I had to text to ask the password.
